交通部次長王國材答復表示，可能要與財政部等相關單位討論。
林全表示，普悠瑪號要當成免稅商店，但購買還是要有一定標準；要有外國人護照才能購買，這些管制是否符合普悠瑪號與台鐵的經營效率或成本，先請交通部評估一下是否有經營效率。
